Primary Job Function: To provide CMM/dimensional data to TSAC team members in a timely manner. To utilize all types of measurement equipment available. This includes: CMM, Optigo, layout machines, DataMytes, hand tools, etc. Accomplish any and all work assignments as directed by management. Use of Hexagon, Dual arm CMM with scanning capability running PC-DMIS software Key Areas of Responsibility: Operate CMM as well as online/offline programming. To accurately utilize surface plate tools. (Micrometer, Vernier Height Gage, Squares, etc.). Basic repair of details and assembly checking fixtures. Ensure the maintenance and calibration of inspection equipment. Maintain cleanliness and organization (6s) of the Dimensional Laboratory. Minimum Requirements: High school diploma or GED 2+ years of CMM and dimensional layout experience Ability to interpret part drawings and GD&T Basic computer skills including MS Office applications Internal Training Requirements: New hire orientation Benefits orientation Environmental, Health & Safety Training: Pedestrian Safety Personal Protective Equipment Emergency Procedures Incident Reporting Lockout Tagout Hazardous Communication Ergonomics, Work Area & Safety Management Fire Extinguisher Training Shock Proof, Unqualified Training PLEX System Training Health, Safety and Physical Demand Requirements: Ability to walk, sit or stand for extensive periods of time. Able to stand for 8 hours or more. Frequent lifting up to 25 lbs. and occasionally lifting up to 50 lbs. Occasional lifting, climbing, carrying, pushing, pulling, griping, grasping, bending and reaching. Travel Requirements: Must have a valid Driver's License.
