We currently have openings in our production area, where you'll be responsible for fabricating and assembling signs and meeting production targets. If you're detail-oriented, hardworking, and ready to be a key part of our production process, this is the opportunity for you. This is an in-person, hourly position that plays an important role in keeping our operations running smoothly. What you'll be doing:

  • Fabricating and assembling various types of interior and exterior signs for national customers
  • Using various hand and power tools
  • Using various types of equipment and machinery as part of the fabrication process
  • Using the computer to log jobs and progress
  • Checking quality of work

What we're looking for:

  • Ability to read blueprints, or learn to read them
  • Ability to follow instructions and work quickly, maintaining quality standards
  • Basic math skills - able to read a ruler and add/subtract fractions, inches, cm, etc.
  • Excellent hand/eye coordination and manual dexterity
  • High degree of dependability -- we need you to be able to maintain a regular work schedule and keep unscheduled absences, lates and early leaves to a minimum
  • Team player -- we need mature, responsible individuals who really want to work at Blair
