Position Summary: The pharmacist processes medication orders; supervises pharmacy technician activities; oversees the distributions and procurement of biologicals and pharmaceuticals, including controlled substances; participates in the delivery of pharmaceutical care; and performs other duties as assigned. Regular attendance is an essential function of this job.

Minimum Qualifications:

EDUCATION
  • Graduate of a college of pharmacy
EXPERIENCE
  • One year prior health-system or long term care pharmacy experience preferred.
CERTIFICATE/LICENSE
  • Licensed or eligible for licensure in Iowa as a Registered Pharmacist
