WHAT IS THE OBJECTIVE OF A RETAIL MANAGER AT KITCHEN KETTLE VILLAGE?

Girls Day Out Store Manager leads and inspires associates to consistently provide the utmost in customer service by modeling the Company's sales and guest service expectations. He or She represents who we are as a company while creating a positive and proactive work environment. GDO Store Manager approaches the business with attention to detail, knowing the importance of strategic thinking on a day-to-day basis, and acts as a role model who possesses a genuine, self-confident, self-motivated outlook.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Lead, train, coach, and motivate sales associates to make them exceptional employees.

• Display merchandise in a manner that is compelling and attractive to guests.

• Create excitement for the brands, lead an energetic sales team, and carry and motivate team members to deliver exceptional business results.

• Delegate and schedule workload

• Be friendly and outgoing

• Have first-rate product knowledge

• Maximize store profitability

• Team member evaluations

• New hire training and evaluation

• Team member coaching and counseling

• Oversee responsibility for opening and closing

• Inventory control

• Attend regular meetings

• Work Saturdays and Holidays

• Perform all other related duties as required and assigned
