The Jobat aGlance

Asa Box truck Delivery Driver you will be responsible for packing parcels and boxes into the vehicle, filling out route sheets and maintaining logs, obtaining signatures from customers, communicating with office and clients, as well as performing routine vehicle maintenance

A Typical Day

  • Loading and unloading goods efficiently and carefully.
  • Reading route sheets thoroughly and planning trips to save time and fuel.
  • Obeying rules of the road and company regulations at all times.
  • Ensuring cargo is secured before moving off.
  • Communicating with office and contacting customers when required
  • Inspecting the company vehicle, which includes checking tire pressure, fluids, and fuel, and reporting any issues immediately.
  • Interacting with customers in a friendly, professional manner.

To Land This Opportunity

  • You have a validoperatorsdriver'slicense
  • You are able to obtain a DOT Medical Certification
  • Youarereliable team-playerwithstrong problem-solvingskills,time management,andpaycloseattention todetail
  • You possess the ability to move around for long periods of time and consistently lift up to50lbsunassisted
  • Experience using hand trucks and electric lifts, is a bonus
  • You are looking to work Monday through Friday
  • You are able to make regional runs with some overnight stays
