Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist with all phases of pharmacy services. Work with patients, providers, and clinics in a timely and professional manner
  • Coordinate functions with other departments, (Data entry, Compounding, Shipping, Clinic)
  • Leads a team of technicians to ensure metrics are met and all products are delivered to patients in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Provides counseling to patients regarding their medications to support appropriate and effective medical therapies.
  • Reviews medication orders and evaluates their appropriateness and completeness.
  • Educate Providers on new protocol development helping them understand and integrate advanced medical concepts into practice.
  • Promote the safe and effective use of medications and supplements through formulary management and literature evaluation.
  • Undergo Comprehensive In-House Training: You will be equipped with an in-depth, in-house training program designed to enable you to practice at the pinnacle of your degree.
  • Be More Than a Medication Expert: Our pharmacists are well-versed in various aspects of health beyond traditional pharmaceuticals. You will gain expertise in metabolic breath analysis, biomarker evaluation, strength and stability assessment, and body composition analysis.
  • Provide business development to practitioners to help implement innovative strategies tin order to help grow their business and knowledge.
  • Participate in National Medical Conferences: You will have opportunities to attend, speak at, and exhibit at major national medical conferences, further expanding your knowledge and professional network.

Experience and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree
  • 2+ years related experience.
  • Knowledge of HRT, Functional Medicine, cellular medicine preferred but not Required
  • Non-Sterile or Sterile Compounding Experience Preferred but not Required
  • Independent Pharmacy experience Preferred but not Required.
  • Licensed and in good standing with the Florida State Board of Pharmacy
