This position requires expertise in flight test planning, execution, and data analysis to ensure the safety, performance, and mission-readiness of aviation platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in aviation systems, flight test operations, and technical support for flight testing within a government or defense context.

Examples of duties include but not limited to:

Prepare and deliver technical presentations and briefings to senior leadership, stakeholders, and government agencies. Document lessons learned, best practices, and technical insights gained from flight tests.
  • Work closely with multidisciplinary teams, including engineers, pilots, and operations personnel, to ensure that flight test objectives are met.
