We are hiring a Graphic Designer to join our Marketing team at Endless Pools
DISCOVER
As our Graphic Designer, you'll be responsible designing and developing high-quality, on-brand creative material for successful communications campaigns via digital and print media. In this position, you'd report to the Creative Director, and have a hybrid schedule (3 days in our Aston office, 2 days working remotely each week). Our office is at 1601 Dutton Mill Road, Aston, PA 19014.
The ideal candidate possesses excellent organization and time management skills, a desire to continuously learn, and an ability to work productively both in a team environment and independently.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Create graphics/layouts for campaigns, newsletters for all sales channels and other company needs as required
- Maintain, edit, and create pages and content for company websites
- Create graphics for social media platforms
- Participate in meetings for strategy, content planning, and creative needs for Marketing, Customer Service, and Social Media
- Participate in photo/video shoots as needed
- A passion for DESIGN
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment, follow direction, process feedback, collaborate and communicate effectively with team members
- 2+ years working experience in graphic design
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, or other related major. Additional relevant graphic design work experience may be accepted in lieu of a degree
- Knowledge of design for print and print production process and experience doing both
- Digital design experience for websites, email, social media, etc.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud applications including InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator
- Basic web coding (HTML/CSS) and troubleshooting experience a plus
- Experience with motion graphics, video production/editing and applications is a plus
