Education Recommendations Currently a candidate for bachelor's degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field/similar degree with an accredited school in US. What you will learn and contribute to As part of our team, you will work closely with the IT Architect Administrator to help implement several desktop support initiatives, networking support, IAM (Identity Access Management), IT Inventory, onboarding and offboarding of employees, IT procurement and general IT operations within Deepfield. Some of your responsibilities and learning opportunities include:: Implementing scripting for automation of IAM roles within Nokia and Deepfield with SAML 2.0 and OAUTh technologies. IT Administration of several SaaS services (AWS, AzureAD, Alibaba Cloud) General desktop support Laptop hardware repair and diagnosis Network management with Nokia SR series routers and switches IT inventory management Crestron AV systems integration, basic programming and automation Deployment technologies including Microsoft Deployment Toolkit, InTune Company Portal, JAMF Connect and Ubuntu Landscape Deployment, maintenance and IT troubleshooting of Lenovo, HP, Dell and Apple hardware with MacOS, Windows 10 and Ubuntu operating systems IT Security concept implementation and best practices (SANS, ITIL, CISSP) What is Nokia looking for from me You have: Some experience developing a scripting language; experience with Windows Powershell, Bash Scripting and MacOS Automater is a plus Solid understanding of MacOS, Windows and Linux operating systems and troubleshooting; familiarity with networking concepts a plus Background in MacOS, Linux and/or Windows IT Systems administration, IT help desk and TCP/IP LAN technologies Experience with IT hardware repair and troubleshooting with both Apple and PC hardware vendors (Lenovo, HP, Dell etc Why we're awesome Nokia offers flexible and hybrid working schemes, continuous learning opportunities, well-being programs to support you mentally and physically, opportunities to join and get supported by employee resource groups, mentoring programs and highly diverse teams with an inclusive culture where people thrive and are empowered.
