Business Analyst

CV Resources has partnered with an established and dynamic company in Pico Rivera that is seeking a Business Analyst to join their team The role will primarily consist of financial and operational analysis.

Responsibilities:

• Provide weekly and periodic management reporting, including sales and operational performance analysis, highlighting variances and identifying trends.
• Develop performance tracking tools and dashboards to enable early identification of inefficiencies and potential issues.
• Collaborate with management to gather, analyze, and summarize financial plans, sales budgets, and operating forecasts.
• Facilitate the budgeting and long-term planning process, consolidating numbers and distributing final reports.
• Perform maintenance tasks on the data warehouse to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
• Communicate with management and users to optimize reporting systems and provide continuous training as needed.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of FP&A experience
• SQL required
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and other data analysis tools.
• Commutable radius to Pico Rivera (in office)
