Key Responsibilities:
- Attend deliveries and deliver immediate, compassionate care to newborns.
- Oversee NICU daily operations, from ventilator and nutrition management to lab reviews.
- Join multi-disciplinary rounds to ensure comprehensive, team-based patient care.
- Provide newborn nursery coverage as needed.
