Overview

The Business Analyst will join an established AE Strategies team to support a Navy office located in Southern Maryland. The Business Analyst will be responsible for supporting federal performance management programs and expanding the functionality and utilization of existing SharePoint sites within the organization. The successful incumbent will leverage their expertise in data analysis, administration, and SharePoint to support the organization to meet their evolving business needs.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Performance Management Data Management and Process Improvement: Support the annual performance management process through administration of a customized performance management tool and data analysis and facilitation support for end of year processes.
  • Performance Management Training: Deliver training on performance management automated tools and business processes to end users.
  • Performance Management Help Desk Support: During the end of year performance appraisal process, answer questions from end users and troubleshoot issues with use of automated tools.
  • SharePoint Site Enhancement: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and identify opportunities for enhancing existing SharePoint sites. Implement customizations, configurations, and integrations to improve functionality, usability, and performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
  • Eligibility for Secret Clearance.
  • US Citizenship.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Microsoft certifications related to SharePoint and Power Platform.
  • Experience with SharePoint Online and Office 365 services.
