We are looking for a good Architect - MDM Profisee at Dallas, Tx (Hybrid) to join our team

Job Summary:

MDM Profisee with minimum of 8 years of experience in master data management, with at least 5 years of hands-on experience with Profisee MDM. He will be responsible for leading the design, implementation, and maintenance of our master data management (MDM) solution using Profisee. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure data governance, data quality, and data integration requirements are met, driving business value through effective management of master data.

Job Description:

MDM Profisee with minimum of 8 years of experience in master data management, with at least 5 years of hands-on experience with Profisee MDM. He will be responsible for leading the design, implementation, and maintenance of our master data management (MDM) solution using Profisee. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure data governance, data quality, and data integration requirements are met, driving business value through effective management of master data.

Responsibilities:

Lead the end-to-end implementation of the Profisee MDM solution, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, and deployment.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to define master data domains, hierarchies, and data models aligned with business objectives and data governance principles.

Develop and implement data quality rules, validation processes, and workflows to ensure data integrity and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Oversee data integration efforts, including ETL processes and real-time data synchronization, to ensure seamless data flow between systems and data sources.

Provide technical expertise and guidance to the MDM team, assisting with complex problem-solving and troubleshooting as needed.

Drive user adoption and provide training and support to end-users to maximize the benefits of the Profisee MDM solution.

Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging trends in MDM and data management technologies, recommending improvements and enhancements to our MDM strategy and solution.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field. Master's degree preferred.

Minimum of 8 years of experience in master data management, with at least 5 years of hands-on experience with Profisee MDM.

Proven track record of successfully leading MDM projects from inception to completion, including solution design, implementation, and maintenance.

Strong understanding of data modeling concepts and experience designing complex data models for master data entities.

Expertise in data governance principles, data quality management, and data integration techniques.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Proficiency in SQL, ETL tools, and other relevant technologies used in MDM implementations.
