We are seeking a Registered Nurse to:
- Work collaboratively as an active member of the team to provide therapeutic patient and family centered care.
- Collect and assess data related to the patient's health to develop, execute and evaluate their plan of care.
- Work in the multispecialty department at the Portage clinic, which includes the following specialties: Oncology, Cardiology, Allergy, Rheumatology, Vascular, Nephrology, Urology, ENT, GI, Sleep, and Optometry."

Education :
Minimum - Graduate of school of nursing
Preferred - Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
Work Experience :
Minimum - Six (6) months of RN experience
Preferred - Relevant RN experience
Licenses and Certifications :
Minimum - Registration as a registered nurse in the state where employed or licensure in a
state in the licensure compact. CPR/BLS Certification
Preferred -Applicable clinical certification
