Summary

Dispatches bulk and fleet fueling deliveries to customer locations to ensure optimum efficiency and provides administrative support to the fleet transportation organization by performing the following duties at our Kent WA location.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support customers through proactive & reactive in-person, phone & email communications.
  • Prepare daily routes to ensure that optimal efficiencies are achieved based on customer needs, workload and driver availability.
  • Dispatch daily route schedules to Bulk and Fleet Fueling drivers.
  • Capture and analyze data to determine driver productivity and route efficiencies.
  • Manage customer account information in truck system, accounting system & CRM.
  • Review dispatch operations on a daily basis and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Oversee the computer-aided dispatch system and maintain a high level of knowledge in Sage and the AWE operating system.
  • Provide administrative support to Bulk and Mobile Fleet Fueling, including record retention of customer files.
  • Provide support and assistance to drivers out in the field should issues arise.
  • Support inventory management at fuel site & bulk plant.
  • Take on-call duties on a rotating schedule.
  • Perform special projects as needed.
Job Requirements
  • Associate degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with others while applying effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office; specifically, Excel, Word, Outlook and Explorer.
  • Highly organized with the ability to use organizational tools to track work.
  • Able to prioritize competing tasks and succeed in a fast-paced environment with rapidly changing priorities.
  • Keen attention to detail and a willingness to take ownership and see an issue through to completion.
