Job Title: Charge Nurse for Main OR

Job Specialty: Operating Room Nursing

Job Duration: Permanent

Shift: 6:45 AM - 7:15 PM with weekend and holiday rotation

Guaranteed Hours: Full-time commitment

Experience: Minimum of 2 years of OR charge experience required

License: Registered Nurse License

Certifications: Appropriate nursing certifications

Must-Have: Ability to circulate

Job Description:
- Serve as the Charge Nurse in the Main Operating Room
- Responsible for leading and mentoring the nursing team during shifts
- Ensure the efficient and effective operation of the OR
- Collaborate with the surgical team and other healthcare professionals
- Maintain a high standard of patient care and safety
- Perform circulating duties when not acting as Charge Nurse
- Foster a positive and cooperative work environment
