Pay: $3,212 weekly gross for 48 hrs ($30/hr. with $1,652 weekly stipend)

Job Description:

Provide direct nursing care in accordance with established policies, procedures and protocols of the healthcare organization.

Implement and monitor patient care plans.
Monitor, record and communicate patient condition as appropriate.
Serve as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care.
Note and carry out physician and nursing orders.
Assess and coordinate patient's discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team

Requirements:

Certification: Registered Nurse (Compact), Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification, Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Requirements: No more often than every other weekend, possibly every 3rd weekend based on staffing, rotating holidays. 3x 12 hr shifts per week. Ratios: Typical 1:2 Nurse:Patient, occasional 1:1 based on acuity, rare 1:3 based on staffing/acuity(3x downgrade), on a rotating basis. Precepting may be required.
