Requirements:
  • Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) or Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) from an accredited institution.
  • Active Illinois dental license and current malpractice insurance.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment.
Our Palos Heights Location:

13303 S. Ridgeland Ave, Palos Heights, IL 60463

Additionally, we have seven other convenient offices throughout Chicago, should you be interested in other locations.
