NP/PA needed in Vermont at a Skilled Nursing Facility
- Duration: September - December 2024
- Schedule: Monday - Friday (8a - 5p)
- Setting: Rehabilitation and Nursing Home Facility
- Duties: Admissions, Discharges, Acute Evaluations and 30 day Evals
- 8 - 12 patients per day
- Requirements: Primary Care or General Internal Medicine with preference of Geriatric Experience
- Active Vermont License, BLS
- EMR: Point Click Care and EPIC
