Building/assembling prototypes, and conducting subsequent laboratory testing, both at the Jersey City facility and at the R&D laboratory in Alabama. Presenting your designs at design reviews, documenting the feedback from the technical team, and iterating your designs accordingly. Traveling to field-test sites (out-of-state) a few times a year to perform system-level validation testing with our clients. Processing and analyzing data captured during testing and producing visualizations or presentations of the results to be incorporated in the corresponding technical reports. Engaging in technical discussions amongst Engineering, R&D, and Product during standup meetings, facilitating collaborative problem solving to inform operational decisions and design changes. Documenting the results of your analyses, capturing the lessons learned and proving metrics to assess your future designs, thus streamlining design iteration.
