Description The ER technician II supports the clinical team by performing assigned tasks and activities according to skill level and patient needs as assessed and delegated by the Registered Nurse. These activities may include patient care such as obtaining vital signs and weights, patient comfort and hygiene interventions, assistance with toileting, transporting patients by gurney or wheelchair, and miscellaneous duties in assisting the physician and nursing team. MA-P accepted, but obtain MA-R within 60 days of hire and maintain both licenses. Washington Medical Assistant Phlebotomist Certification upon hire.
