Job Description:
  • Dates of Coverage: January - TBD (Mid-Summer)
  • Reason for coverage:Provider resignation
  • Average Number of Patients Per Day: 18
  • 2 Mid-Levels Provide Coverage
  • Number of Exam Rooms: 16
  • Services Available On-Site: Laboratory and Radiology
  • Documentation System/EMR: EPIC
  • Emergency Supplies Available: Defibrilator
  • Required General Procedures: Evaluation and Mgmt. of Acute Volume / BP Issues
  • Required Medicine Procedures: Adult Outpatient and Without ICU/CCU
  • Required Pediatric Procedures: General Outpatient
  • Required Gynecology Procedures: Pelvic Exam / Pap Smear
Requirement description :
  • Board Certified - REQUIRED
  • BLS, PALS, ACLS - REQUIRED
  • Provider Must be Local - Only Mileage is Reimbursed - note at the time of name clear

CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS :
  • ACLS
  • BLS
  • PALS
  • Board Certified

STATE LICENSE REQUIREMENTS :
  • Virginia
