Job Profile Summary
The Operations Production Support Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth functioning of various financial and administrative processes within the organization. This position requires a proactive individual who can handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. The primary responsibilities of this role include:
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manages incoming financial impacted web job errors
- Solves operational support issues for the internal and external users through Service Now.
- Manages system access requests, for external users, administration, access to VIP or other Platform tools.
- Manages bulk download interactions, troubleshoots, and creates related reports.
- Audits data entry and makes changes/modifications as required.
- Assists with special projects
- Must be detail-oriented
- Must be a hands-on, 'get it done' problem solver
- Must possess strong interpersonal, relationship management and communication skills
- Must be tactful and persuasive
- Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), with an emphasis in Excel
- Ability to learn any other appropriate program or software system used by the firm as necessary
- Demonstrates the firm's core values, exuding behavior that is aligned with the firm's culture.
- EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
- Strongly preferred experience in business or finance
- Preferred experience with Service Now
- A minimum of 3 years of industry experience
