Job Highlights:

$17.00 - $19.13 per hour

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently process merchandise shipments.

Your Role's Purpose:

As a Stock Associate, you will contribute to our store sales and performance by ensuring a smooth flow of merchandise from the stockroom to the sales floor, all while adhering to our Standard Operating Procedures and brand standards.

Your Impact:

Sales & Omni:

  • Execute store operations with a focus on the efficient flow of products.
  • Deliver omni-channel requests following Under Armour's processes.

Brand Image & Customer Experience:

  • Model our service culture and customer expectations.
  • Communicate brand messages to customers effectively.
  • Support Under Armour's visual standards for optimal merchandise presentation.

Retail Operations:

  • Achieve productivity standards for processes including shipment handling, replenishments, and markdowns.
  • Maintain stockroom procedures to enhance sales and productivity.
  • Track productivity rates and communicate with store leadership.
  • Ensure safety standards are followed in all areas.
  • Adhere to Loss Prevention policies.
