Are you a skilled General Dentist, looking for a rewarding opportunity in a thriving small group practice? Join us in Dodge City, Kansas and step into a turn-key position , replacing an existing Associate Dentist who is relocating in November. We are seeking an Advanced, Surgically-Focused General Dentist adept in Implants, Advanced Surgery, Endo, and Restorative procedures, but mentorship will be provided where there are gaps.
What We Offer:- Competitive Compensation : Projected to exceed $300,000 annually with 30-35% collections and an $800 daily guarantee (commensurate with experience).
- Relocation Assistance & Signing Bonus: We provide financial support to help you settle in and start your career with confidence.
- Flexible Practice Structure : Primarily a solo practice in Dodge City, with opportunities to float to sister locations nearby if preferred.
- Work-Life Balance : Enjoy a manageable schedule of 16-20 days per month , allowing for professional growth while maintaining a balanced lifestyle.
- Advanced Clinical Expertise : Proficiency in Implants, Advanced Surgery, Endodontics, and Restorative procedures is highly desired.
- Motivated and Collaborative : Able to take ownership of a thriving solo practice but open to collaborating with doctors in sister practices when needed.
