Job Description

Job Title: Physical Therapist

Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for improving patients' quality of life through personalized treatment plans and evidence-based practices. As a Physical Therapist with us, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients' physical abilities and limitations.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs and goals.
  • Implement therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and modalities to improve mobility, reduce pain, and restore function.
  • Educate patients and their families about their conditions, treatment options, and home exercise programs.
  • Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Communicate effectively with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and promote interdisciplinary collaboration.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of patient evaluations, progress notes, and treatment plans in compliance with regulatory standards.
Qualifications:
  • Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
  • CPR certification.
  • Strong clinical reasoning and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Commitment to providing patient-centered care with empathy and professionalism.
  • Prior experience in a clinical setting preferred but not required.
