Description
The Replenishment Center Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the efficient and organized management of inventory and stock movement between our ReStores. In addition, they will oversee the day-to-day operations of the ReStore donations truck. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring that our stores are well-stocked and able to drive sales.
The Replenishment Center Supervisor will collaborate closely with store managers to understand their needs, facilitate the transfer of items, and ensure a seamless flow of goods. In addition, the Replenishment Center Supervisor will assist with inventory counts, pricing bulk donation/purchase loads, coordinating deliveries, and completing equipment inspections and maintenance.
This position requires a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with various teams. This "hands-on" role will span management, safety and compliance, warehouse management best practices, delivery coordination and routing of schedules, inventory, and strategic projects.
Core Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with store managers to assess needs and facilitate transfer of goods between stores
- Oversee day-to-day activities of the ReStore truck, including management of the Restore Donations Ambassador and ReStore Ambassador Assistant, providing training, guidance, project management, and performance feedback
- Unload, check in, and backstock product deliveries
- Ensure that all areas of the warehouse are safe, clean, and organized
- Price bulk product loads
- Complete pallet runs, appliance recycling runs, and cardboard management
- Complete truck inspections, forklift inspections, and maintenance
- Train select individuals on flatbed truck and forklift operation
- Assist with inventory counts
- Guard against theft and unsafe practices (clutter, tripping hazards, falling objects, etc.)
- Supervise volunteers as assigned
- Valid, unexpired driver license required
- Previous experience in warehouse management or related field
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy
- Proficient in basic computer applications
- Previous forklift experience
- Knowledge of tools required

- Demonstrates the ability to use commonly used concepts, practices and procedures within the field.

- Complete formal training plan and assignments as required.

- Able to lift up to 70 lbs.
