Pay: $75,000-$85,000/yr.

We are seeking an experienced, successful, and engaged Outreach Supervisor to join our team. This position is expected to work out of our office at 14207 Del Monte Blvd. in Marina and limited job-related travel may be required.
Position Summary:
GreenWaste is seeking to fill the position of Outreach Supervisor to provide support to one or more facilities. This role's main functions include providing technical support audits and program analysis for businesses and multi-family residences to encourage higher diversion and creating new and improved annual recycling program goals in the Peninsula Cities.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
- Develop content and make tailored presentations to facility managers, property managers, educational institutions, and homeowner and business associations to increase program participation.
- Manage timelines, content development, and worked Closed with design team to produce outreach materials including, but not limited to newsletters, clean-up notices, flyers, advertisements, and product portfolios.
- Attended City meetings regarding new regulations pertaining to waste and recycling or public education.
- Education Customers and provide compliance information to City on AB341, AB1826, and SB1383 within in jurisdictions.
- Respond to complaints and inquiries not able to be handled by Environmental Outreach Coordinators.
- Provide Support and hands-on assistance to Environmental Outreach Coordinators in the execution of their programmatic responsibilities as appropriate.
- Conduct daily outreach check ins with each outreach coordinator.
- Set up and organize bi-weekly, monthly, team meetings.
- Train new outreach employees.
- Assist with organizing and providing support for City Special events including scheduling of services, staffing, event setup/takedown, 3-stream monitoring stations.
- Ability to work well with other employees in a team environment and communicate to ensure safety
- Ability to multitask
- 2 years of customer service experience
- Proficiency in English and/or Spanish
- Ability to physically push, pull and lift objects up to 25 lbs.
- Constant bending and twisting
- Frequent standing, walking and semi-frequent sitting
- Ability to sit at a computer for prolonged periods
Work Environment:
Typical work week is Monday through Friday. Will be exposed to outdoor weather conditions. Ability to work in setting with frequent changes in start/end time based on the operational needs for the day and or week. Weekend work may be required.
