We have a client that is looking for an Integration Engineer to join their growing team.

Our mission is to create optimized outcomes for both employers and employees.

The client is an automated workforce and human capital management platform solving challenges related to onboarding, sales & labor forecasting, scheduling & time clock/keeping, insights & reporting and labor law compliance. It uses machine learning to automatically self-tune and self-manage models to a particular store with hyper-local attributes. The technology approach and analytic methodologies used enable the distribution across large-scale centralized ownership and highly fragmented franchised ownership companies.

Who are we seeking:

The Client Delivery Team is responsible for all aspects of implementation services for thier customers. They are seeking experienced Integration Engineers to be part of their team and help them deliver their platform at scale to some of the largest organizations in the world.

What you can expect:

  • Be an integral part of our team responsible for implementation of the Company platform for our large enterprise clients.
  • Understand client's business processes and technology environment.
  • Understand system and data integration requirements in collaboration with client's technology and operations teams.
  • Configure / customize platform and integrate with client's systems as per the defined integration approach.
  • Understand client data model and data integration frameworks.
  • Develop integrations with client's systems for movement of data to / from client environments.
  • Collaborate with client's internal technology teams and external partners to ensure timely completion of implementation projects.
  • Serve as primary point of contact for any technical queries from the clients.
  • Develop and deploy ongoing enhancements and defect fixing as part of the implementation and testing process.
  • Work with other teams to diagnose and improve overall data processing efficiency.
  • Onboard new stores and rollouts to users.
  • Support production incidents / defects.

What you bring:

  • Prior experience in system integration and / or backend software development.
  • 3+ years of development experience in Ruby (preferred) or Java.
  • Strong interpersonal and client communication skills.
  • Understanding of clean code and testing principles.
  • Experience working with a Linux based environment.
  • Proven resilience to handle challenges and solve complex client problems.

Nice to haves

  • Experience in system integration roles as part of an enterprise software implementation in a cloud-based environment.
  • Familiarity with REST & GraphQL API's.
  • Prior experience in workforce management solutions.
  • Prior experience working with Quick Service Restaurant and/or Retail industries.
