👩‍⚕️ Home Infusion Registered Nurse - Hammond, LA

📍 Location: Hammond, LA 70401
💵 Salary: $40-50/hr

Join our Hammond team as a Home Infusion Registered Nurse, delivering compassionate and expert care directly to patients in their homes.

Responsibilities:

  • 🏡 Provide exceptional at-home infusion care tailored to individual patient needs.
  • 💉 Administer a variety of infusion therapies with precision and attention to detail.
  • 📊 Monitor patient responses closely, adjusting care plans as necessary.
  • 📝 Maintain accurate and detailed treatment records in adherence to healthcare standards.
  • 🤝 Collaborate effectively with healthcare teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
  • 🧰 Manage infusion equipment, ensuring the highest standards of care and safety.

Qualifications:

  • 🎓 Nursing degree with significant RN experience.
  • 🆔 Active LA nursing license.
  • ❤️ Current CPR/BLS certification.
  • 🚗 Willingness to travel locally within Hammond and surrounding areas.
  • 💻 Proficiency in EMR and healthcare software.
  • 🌍 Dedication to serving the Hammond community with compassion and professionalism.

Additional Information:

  • 🕒 Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract, PRN, Temporary.
  • 📅 Schedule: Day shifts, including weekends.
  • 💲 Pay: $40-50/hr, commensurate with experience.
