Thriving ENT practice near Andover, MA is seeking a Physician Assistant to join their growing team Ideal candidates will have experience in the ENT field, however our client will train a recent graduate or candidate with experience in a different field. Part-time and full-time schedule available.
Responsibilities:
- Work alongside and collaborate with a team of board-certified otolaryngologists and APP providers
- Monday-Friday schedule (unless part-time)
- Mix of clinic and first assist duties
- Prescribe all necessary medications and treatments
- Perform comprehensive physical examinations of patients
- Diagnose and treat acute, episodic or chronic illnesses for new and existing ENT patients
Qualifications:
- Massachusetts Physician Assistant License
- Proficient with EMR systems
- Ability to build rapport with patients and adapt to new environments
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong leadership qualities
