Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess and Evaluate: Conduct thorough evaluations to understand each patient's unique challenges and goals.
  • Craft Personalized Plans: Develop and implement creative and effective treatment plans tailored to individual needs.
  • Engage and Inspire: Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques to motivate patients and enhance their recovery experience.
  • Collaborate for Success: Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic care and achieve optimal patient outcomes.
  • Educate and Empower: Guide patients and their families through the rehabilitation process, equipping them with the knowledge to continue their progress at home.
Qualifications:
  • Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program.
  • Valid state license to practice physical therapy in Florida.
  • Previous experience in a subacute or rehabilitation setting is a plus.
  • Exceptional communication skills and a genuine passion for helping others.
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to lift and assist patients as needed.
  • Capability to remain active and engaged throughout the day.
