We Are Seeking a Compassionate and Skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (Lpn) to Join Our Healthcare Team. the Lpn Will Provide High-quality Patient Care Under the Supervision of Registered Nurses and Physicians. the Ideal Candidate Will Have Strong Clinical Skills, Excellent Communication Abilities, and a Commitment to Improving Patient Outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Patient Care: Provide Direct Patient Care Including Administering Medications, Wound Care, and Assisting with Daily Living Activities.
Monitoring: Observe and Record Patient Vital Signs, Symptoms, and Responses to Treatments.
Documentation: Maintain Accurate and Timely Documentation of Patient Care, Including Medical Histories and Treatment Plans.
Assistance: Assist Physicians and Registered Nurses with Medical Procedures, Diagnostic Tests, and Patient Assessments.
Patient Education: Educate Patients and Their Families on Health Conditions, Treatment Plans, and Self-care Techniques.
Collaboration: Work Collaboratively with Healthcare Team Members to Develop and Implement Individualized Patient Care Plans.
Safety: Ensure a Safe and Clean Environment by Following Infection Control Practices and Safety Protocols.
Compliance: Adhere to All Healthcare Regulations and Organizational Policies and Procedures.

Qualifications:

Education: Completion of an Accredited Practical Nursing Program.
Licensure: Valid State License As a Licensed Practical Nurse (Lpn).
Experience: Previous Experience in a Healthcare Setting Preferred but Not Required.

Skills:
  - Proficient in Basic Nursing Skills and Patient Care Techniques.
  - Strong Observational and Critical-thinking Abilities.
  - Excellent Interpersonal and Communication Skills.
  - Ability to Handle Stressful Situations with Professionalism and Empathy.

Certifications: Current Basic Life Support (Bls) Certification or Willingness to Obtain.

Physical Requirements:

- Ability to Stand, Walk, and Lift Patients or Equipment As Needed.
- Manual Dexterity for Handling Medical Equipment and Performing Clinical Tasks.
- Capability to Respond to Emergency Situations Promptly.

Working Conditions:

- The Role May Require Working in a Variety of Settings, Including Patient Rooms, Clinics, and Other Healthcare Environments.
- Shifts May Include Evenings, Nights, Weekends, and Holidays Depending on Facility Needs.
