Full Job Description
JOB PURPOSE:
Why workfor Broadway Home Care? A Company that offers their Employees Flexible workschedules (Pick your own weekly scheduled days and hours to work)? PRN Nursewill travel to assigned client locations to perform Initial Admissions and followup visits via Assessments within Client placeof residence. RN will evaluate patientâ€'s condition, completing appropriateclinical documentation under the direction of the Nursing Supervisor orDirector. RN will implement and update Patient Care Plan in conjunction withpatient and family to assist them in achieving optimal resolution ofneeds/problems, document, and report to Nursing Supervisor. Positions available ASAP
