Summary

Delta Health is a county-wide healthcare system that has been serving the Western Slope for over 100 years. We have grown to a 49-bed hospital with locations throughout Delta County. We proudly provide a wide range of medical services that meet the diverse needs of our community members. At all stages of life, we are here to provide remarkable care in a healing environment.

Delta Health's Outpatient Therapies and Sports Performance clinic provides remarkable, quality health care for children and adults of all ages. Our patients are people with health-related conditions that limit their ability to move and perform functional activities in their daily lives, work, and leisure. With compassion and skill, our team of therapists successfully rehabilitate our patients, coordinating their care during the transition from one setting to the next.

We staff therapists with hospital inpatients and in-home health care/outpatient settings. Our therapists examine each individual and develop a comprehensive plan of treatment aligned with the patient's goals. Therapists use specialized techniques to promote a patient's ability to move, reduce pain, restore function, and increase the person's ability to perform tasks that are needed or desired. Our licensed therapists have been extensively trained to perform techniques that require manual skills and application of modalities, and the instruction and prescription of exercises that are specific to each individual's unique needs.

We strive to help each patient achieve a maximum level of independence. We provide health maintenance programs that allow patients to maintain their fitness level once they are no longer in need of formal therapies.
