Join us and become part of an inclusive team. Client Overview: Our client is a rapidly growing and long-standing industrial engineering organization looking to add a Senior Accountant. This company is looking for an experienced professional that can work on a team just as effectively as they and work independently. Salary/Hourly Rate: $30 - $35/hr Position Overview: Senior Accountant applicants must have strong attention to detail, and analytical skills. Looking for 3 to 5 years of experience with month-end close, accruals, accounts payables, and receivables etc. Ideal Senior Accountant candidate should be hard working, and comfortable with meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Experience with Project Accounting is a plus. Responsibilities of the Senior Accountant:
  • Prepare financial analyses and reports
  • Maintain and reconcile balance sheet and general ledger accounts
  • Perform input, maintenance, and review of fixed assets
  • Responsible for updating/reviewing the forecast for possibly a weekly, monthly, and year-end basis
Qualifications for the Senior Accountant:
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong excel skills
  • ERP systems
  • Leadership, communication, and financial analysis on an accounting team all a big plus
Education Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting and/or related field is required
