The Full Stack Developer shall have experience with back-end Java 8+ and DevOps skills. The Full Stack Developer will support will focus on software engineering and a program specific tool suite, which delivers critical intelligence around the world at mission speed. The team will work with cutting edge technology to manage high-volume and time-sensitive data throughput in response to Intelligence Community and world-wide partner needs. Support includes both sustainment of the existing tools and development of new features and functionality based on high-priority mission needs. The Full Stack Developer’s responsibilities will include: developing distributed software; updating software code and fixing bugs; deploying applications; installing and configuring complex software; managing network servers and technology tools; monitoring and maintaining the system for required levels of performance; writing scripts to automate general system operations or DevOps activities; and troubleshooting and resolving issues and outages. Telework is not expected for this role. Candidates will be required to work a rotating pager schedule for emergency 24/7 call-in support as required (roughly one week out of every 6 weeks). Staff may charge 4 additional hours for the week they are on call in addition to hours worked. Mid-Level Full Stack Developer: Candidates should have the following qualifications: TS/SCI with polygraph is required. Fourteen (14) years of experience as a SWE in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required. Candidates are required to have the following skills: Experienced with Back-end Java 8 Experienced with DevOps Candidates are desired to have the following skills: Experienced with Spring Boot / Spring Cloud Experienced with MySQL Experienced with Kibana/Logstash Experienced with MongoDB Experienced with Docker / Docker Compose / Docker Swarm Experienced with RESTful web services Experienced with Angular/TypeScript/GWT Experienced with Syndeo Experienced with Drools Senior Full Stack Developer: Candidates should have the following qualifications: TS/SCI with polygraph is required. Twenty (20) years of experience as a SWE in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required. Four (4) years of additional SWE experience on projects with similar software processes may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree.
