Job Title: Senior Manager

Job Summary:

The Senior Manager (SM) will exemplify the Company's Mission, Vision, and Values acting with integrity and great care in all they do. The SM will oversee all daily operations, ensure Company compliance and legal adherence, managing overall Team performance while actively coaching and developing while operating in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

Aligns with and demonstrates behaviors exemplifying the Company mission, vision, and values

Uphold and adhere to all Company Policies, Ethical Standards, Employee Expectations

Hold the Team accountable to these Company Policies, Ethical Standards, and Employee Expectations

Provides regular reporting and updates to the CEO on Team performance, goal tracking, month over month forecasts, and market insights.

Provides coaching, mentoring, and professional development opportunities to all Team Members.

Identify coverage needs and plan to fill, with the understanding that SMs are expected to work holidays, major events, and unstaffed shifts as needed

Select Client Management - collaborating with CEO for select client management services and attend Client meetings as directed

Supply management- Manage Venue and Event Inventory processes with the aid of the "supply specialist"

Maintain individual CE and support team in utilizing Company offered continuing education program

Operate as an FTO as needed, and support the functions of the program, including upskilling of other FTOs

Manage Hiring and requisition processes

Ensure all new hires have an onboarding touch point and are progressing through the FTO program on track

Assess and identify learning opportunities and take appropriate action

SMs are expected to maintain a 40 hour work week on average, which includes operating up to a weekly average of 32 hours as an Event Staff providing EMT basic services with availability to work evenings, weekends, weekdays, and holidays as applicable.

Proactively identify and manage through potential risk/concerns

Perform QA and QI audits with the aid of the "QA/QI specialist"

Perform select administration functions in HR software including creating the Team schedule and the Team "on-call" list

Perform or fulfill any and all other expectations /responsibilities as identified by the CEO

Requirements:

Minimum of TDSHS EMT-B certification

Valid CPR certification

Minimum 5yr EMT-B or Paramedic experience

Leadership Experience
