Essential duties:
- Mix candy ingredients by following formulated recipes to produce product with specified flavor, texture and color.
- Maintains continuous flow of work area with pans and trays based on standard protocols
- Maintains a high level of sanitation and GMPs throughout the work area
- Understand and comply with all HACCP, CGMP, and food safety requirements and processes
- Training and Entry Level Positions available
Key Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Requires excellent oral, written, and verbal communication skills
- Required to Lift up to 50 pounds with repetitive bending and reaching
- Knowledge of basic mathematics
- Strong work ethic and ability to be on time and ready for work
- Ability to be flexible work schedules
Sconza offers above market pay and medical + dental with family coverage. Our benefits package includes a 401(k) with Company match, paid vacation, paid sick leave, and 11 paid holidays per year.
The pay for this role in the state of CA ranges from $20.21 to $26.25 based on years of experience, position responsibilities and geographic location.
