Job Duties:

  • Perform dental hygiene procedures, including cleaning, scaling, and polishing teeth
  • Adhere to in-office Perio Policy
  • Conduct digital X-rays, photos and scans
  • Educate patients on oral hygiene and provide personalized care instructions
  • Administer local anesthesia and nitrous oxide as needed
  • Conduct thorough patient assessments and document findings

Experience:

  • Competitive pay based on experience
  • Proficiency in dental software systems like Open Dental and dental imaging for managing patient records and scheduling
  • Strong knowledge of medical terminology and dental coding systems
  • Familiarity with dental anatomy and oral health conditions
  • Ability to take accurate vital signs and assess patient health

Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills for patient interaction and education
  • Attention to detail for accurate documentation and infection control adherence
  • Strong organizational skills for managing patient schedules and workflow
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with other dental professionals

Schedule:

Monday through Friday, 7-hour shifts, no weekends

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Competitive salary: $45-$55/hr plus performance incentives
