Responsibilities: • Conduct legal and factual research to support cases • Perform thorough records research for litigation matters • Identify and analyze relevant judicial decisions, legal articles, and codes • Organize and validate information accurately • Prepare detailed written reports for cases • Summarize and review various legal documents and proceedings • Manage cases efficiently and ensure timely progress • Communicate and meet with clients as needed • Draft a variety of legal documents such as briefs and agreements • Edit legal forms and documents for precision • Maintain organized databases and case files • Stay updated on new laws and regulations • Assist in case planning, development, and management • Prepare for and support during trials • Manage office tasks and deadlines effectively Qualifications: • The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of managing litigation processes and preparing for trials • Attention to detail is a key requirement for this role • Effective multitasking, time management, and project prioritization skills are essential • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is a mandatory skill • Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills, both verbal and written, are a must • Previous experience in Personal Injury law is preferred • Fluency in both English and Spanish would be advantageous • Ability to provide training and guidance to Junior Paralegals is a plus Compensation: $55,000 annually
