Training and supervision of staff. Attentiveness of reportable events and submitting reports within required time frames. Manages and monitor client finances within required time frames. Serve as liaison with service coordinators, families, other agencies, and internal staff. Manages client caseloads, weekly review of client charts/records, and monitoring daily shift notes. Manages the supervision and evaluation of service delivery quality and content program to clients. Coordinates and ensures staff and the program’s daily activities are completed efficiently. Must maintain current working knowledge of Supported Living Services, Federal & State laws, including familiarity with Title 17 regulations. Maintains a prominent level of confidentiality. Support the goals in creating a super work environment.
