Who We're Looking For:

As a key member of the Operations Team, the Senior Warehouse Associate performs duties related to receiving and shipping merchandise.

About the Role:

  • Maintain accurate records of all outgoing and incoming shipments from and to the warehouse and track shipments as needed.
  • Accurately and quickly pick, pack and ship customer orders, paying close attention to packing shipments properly to avoid damage during transport.
  • Receive and verify incoming shipments, perform the unpacking of deliveries, and distribute contents to the right warehouse location.
  • Perform daily cycle counts and reconciliations and monitor and highlight any low inventory items & communicate low level stock items to purchasing.
  • Maintain warehouse, ensuring it is in good order, and stock all necessary shipping labels, equipment, materials, and supplies; Ensure the rotation of product by expiration dates.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • 4+ years of warehouse experience and ability to work on assignments that require judgement in resolving issues or in making recommendations
  • SAP ERP experience, MS Office proficiency required
  • Able to lift 50 pounds and be capable of walking or standing for long periods of time
  • Safely operate pallet jack and straddle lift (certification needed)
  • Accuracy and attention to detail, performing all duties according to SOP
  • Ability to communicate and work as a team
