Norman Regional's Med-Surg RN working in the 4N unit can expect a 26 bed medical/surgical unit that cares for a wide variety of patients with complex medical conditions including post-operative colorectal surgeries.   • Collaboration with other health professionals, assessment & analyzing assessment data
  • Establishing goals, planning care strategy, establishing priorities of care, implementing care
  • Delegating tasks safely, providing safe direct and indirect nursing care, evaluating responses to interventions
  • Performing additional nursing functions in accordance with knowledge and skills acquired beyond basic nursing preparation.
  • Performing pulse oximetry monitoring and computer skills.

  • Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN) - Required
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) - Preferred
  • Master's of Science in Nursing (MSN) - Preferred
  • Previous experience in healthcare field - Preferred
  • BLS - Required
