Job Description:

The admissions advisor is responsible for the success of the outlines of the tasks, duties, and responsibilities of the daily inbound/outbound email and chat. Clarifying questions and doubts from the parents, teachers, and students using consultative sales skills.

Admissions Advisor Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrating product knowledge and great consultative sales skills and being able to effectively close sales to meet/exceed sales (enrollment) goals.
  • Answer Incoming Calls, Emails, and/or Chats according to established sales processes/policies
  • Handle Inbound and Outbound calls to all customers utilizing consultative sales skills.
  • Manage a pipeline of customers by following up according to sales contact strategy.
  • Provide support and maintain relations with Envision by WorldStrides key partners and stakeholders.
  • Provide high-quality customer service to Envision by WorldStrides partners and customers, as well as feedback between customers/stakeholders to ensure the success of the business
  • Be an ambassador for who we are, what we do, and why we do it

Location: Hybrid (Monday and Friday WFH, Tues-Thursday in the office) in either Vienna, VA or Salt Lake City, Utah office.

  • Exceptional consultative sales skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient knowledge of MS Office products: Outlook, Word, and Excel; and ability to learn additional computer products to support business needs
  • Strong keyboarding and computer skills
  • Ability to work in a professional work environment
  • Demonstrated initiative
  • Must be extremely customer-oriented and a team player
  • Solid customer service skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • At least 1+ years of sales experience with an emphasis on consultative sales
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent of work experience
