Credit Underwriting Portfolio Manager IV

This position requires a Bachelor's Degree and 4 years of experience in Credit analysis, underwriting or Risk Management, or a High School Diploma or GED and 8 years of experience in Credit analysis, underwriting or Risk Management. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics or Finance, Accounting, along with at least five years of experience in a commercial lending or investing environment. Additionally, completing courses relevant to business and financial analysis, and having experience with cash flow project modeling, enterprise value analysis, C & I lending, collateral-based lending, ABL, borrowing base lending, and owner-occupied real estate is preferred. Successful candidates must demonstrate strong analytical and quantitative skills, expertise in financial modeling and credit analysis, excellent oral and written communications skills, and time management skills. The ability to anticipate and problem solve, attention to detail, and independence in functioning as part of a small deal team are crucial for this role.
The base pay for this position generally ranges between $130,000.00 and $140,000.00 in New York, New York or Boston, Massachusetts. Total compensation may include variable incentives, bonuses, benefits, and other awards as outlined in the offer of employment.
