Autumn Lake Healthcare at Catonsville is looking for a Physical Therapist PT to fill a part-time or PRN position. You'll work in our renowned skilled nursing facility providing exceptional, personalized care.

The Physical Therapist PT will conduct patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans, while provide hands-on therapy and exercises to improve patients' mobility and relieve pain. You will collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care. Maintaining accurate patient records and documentation is important for meeting professional standards and ensuring quality patient care.
