Are you passionate about massage therapy and ready to take the lead? Hand & Stone Concord is expanding our team and seeking a dedicated Lead Massage Therapist to join our friendly atmosphere and serve our valued members and guests.

As a Lead Massage Therapist at Hand & Stone, you'll be at the forefront of our mission to provide exceptional service. Reporting directly to the General Manager, you'll work closely with spa leadership to drive the success of our massage department. Your role will involve achieving sales goals, supporting the growth of our therapists, and ensuring that every client experiences the highest standards of care.

What you'll do:

Partner with Spa Leaders to drive the massage business and overall program success

Achieve department sales and performance objectives through coaching and assessment of the team

Support retention and recruitment of Massage Therapists

Conduct standardized training for Massage Therapists

Foster the development and professional growth of Massage Therapists

Ensure compliance with licensing, insurance, and spa standards

Demonstrate and uphold World Class Client Experience (WCCE) standards

Collaborate with Spa Managers to address product and service issues

Attend training and coaching programs for professional development

Host department meetings and support the interview process for new candidates

What we're looking for:

Excellent communication and leadership skills

Goal-oriented mentality with a drive to succeed

Ability to analyze data and drive performance improvements

Detail-oriented with a focus on client experience and spa standards

Trustworthy, honest, and committed to professionalism

Must meet licensing and insurance requirements for massage therapy

Previous experience in a leadership role preferred
