We are currently looking for an Associate Dentist to join our passionate team. You will play a vital role in delivering excellent dental care to patients of all ages, especially children. Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with the community through positive outreach and activities.
  • Participate in morning team meetings to plan the day and recognize team successes.
  • Work primarily with children, who make up 70% or more of our patient base.

You will be responsible for providing exceptional dental services with the support of a dedicated team. Our office features:

  • DentaPro software for efficient practice management.
  • Digital x-ray and Panorex units.
  • Fiber-optic handpieces for enhanced patient care.
  • Annual training in OSHA, HIPAA, and Emergency Management.
  • A supportive team with a 1:1 ratio of hygienists and dental assistants per provider.
  • A diverse patient base primarily aged 3-21, plus up to 30% adult patients.
  • A flow of about 10-12 operative patients and 20-25 hygiene patients daily.
  • A mix of state insurance plans, PPO, and out-of-network payers.

We expect you to possess:

  • A DDS/DMD degree from an accredited dental education program.
  • A current, valid dental license in states where you will provide care or eligibility for licensure.
  • Current certifications as required (CPR, DEA, etc.).
  • Nitrous Oxide certification (specific states: LA, MS, DC, TX, MA).
  • A compassionate attitude and a strong desire to serve both children and adults.
