We are currently seeking a talented Senior Staff Engineer Software Dev who wants to join a dynamic and experienced team and take their technical knowledge to the next level in our mission of excellence.

In your new role you will:

  • Design front-end and back-end GUI Software applications developmentthat work with Infineon's DC/DC power conversion products
  • Perform Software/GUI development and verification utilizing theJavaScript/TypeScript with the Angular and other web frameworks
  • Develop Unit and E2E test software
  • Perform Software/GUI testing and validation with end applicationssuch as Class-D audio amplifiers
  • Contribute new ideas to Software/GUI development and write proposalsfor new features
  • Create documentation of Software/GUI designs for controller productsthrough feature definition, user guides and white papers
  • Ensure that the Software development and validation processes so thata quality, well documented Software is developed and delivered toInfineon's customer
  • Lead design reviews, and code reviews to identify the potential issues early in the development life cycle
  • Perform GUI Software deployment to Infineon customers globally


Your Profile:

Your Profile
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
  • BS Computer Science or MSCS preferred. Studies in ElectricalEngineering (EE) recommended
  • Minimum of 6-10 years of experience in writing Software code in acorporate setting, including working with team members in other jobfunctions
  • Programming experience in JavaScript/TypeScript is required. C# andC++ programming is desired. Experience with Angular or other webframeworks is desirable
  • Understanding the nature of asynchronous programming
  • Created self-contained, reusable, and testable modules and components using Angular
  • Experience with CI/CD systems such as Jenkins
  • Experience with and tools Agile Development Frameworks such as Confluence and Jira
  • Lab skills to debug Software and firmware communication with hardware circuits
  • Are self-learning, self-disciplined, and a good team player
  • Good communication skills in both verbal and written English
  • Are highly motivated, energetic and enthusiastic; able to be flexible and responsive
    Additional/Desirable Skills:
  • Application Knowledge of DC/DC Power Conversion, Class-D AudioAmplifiers and Motor Control and Drive Systems
  • Version control systems such as BitBucket or GIT
  • UI testing, unit tests and test frameworks for automation
  • Serial communication protocols like I2C, PMBus, SPI and UART
  • Bug tracking system such as JIRA
  • Knowledge of UI/UX design and user-friendly control flow
